CHOCOLATE!!

Every day mid afternoon, I crave chocolate!! I typically eat a 63 calorie Hershey milk chocolate bar, and it is just enough to satisfy my cravings. I don't have a lot of weight to lose, and I am wondering if doing this daily will affect my overall weight goal (even if I stay within my calorie range). What do you guys think?? I think how much 63 calories adds up over 5 days and wonder if all of that extra sugar and fat would affect my weight loss...
