well, its been over a year since i've started my weight loss, but I have 15 more pound until my goal weight. I'm currently weighing in around 155 pounds, and would like to be around 140 pounds. I'm 5'4" so i think this is a realistic goal. I've been working out at least 4 times a week with a combination of strength training and cardio. i seem to just keep gaining and losing the same 4-5 pounds. I havn't been able to break the 150's at all. the lowest i've gotten to was 152. Any advice on how to kick the last few pounds would be wonderful :)

Your diary isn't open so I can't see what your eating habits look like. But I will say that the last few pounds are definitely the hardest and take awhile to knock off. I still have about 2-3 lbs until my "goal weight" I set for myself. But now it's not as important although I will admit it definitely would be nice to see myself achieve that goal just for the sake of it. Now, I'm more concerned w/ muscle, inches and BF%. All I can say is to be patient because again, your diary is closed. Good luck!

I'm also hovering around 150 after a 34lb loss. The 140s are eluding me, I heavy lift 3-4 days a week with light yoga and cardio in between. So I'm bumping for wisdom (:

Definitely re-evaluate your food intake and your exercise routine as well. Be patient, you are likely working hard so you know how to do it but it is a process. I still have 1 pound to go until I hit my "goal" but am not worried. I started lifting instead of just doing body weight exercises but I know that I will get there. You will get there too.
