I have been on this "diet" for exactly 1 month. I lost alot of weight in the first 2 weeks, but I have not lost an ounce in the last 12 days. At the same time I started this diet I also started the couch to 5k and on off days I try to get in some other sort of exersize such as JM 30DS, or bike riding with the kids or the stationary bike for 45 minutes.
I am 5'6 and weigh 202.5lbs. I started at 216lbs on April 26.
I think its too early to have hit "a plateau" and I know the beginning is water weight, but I cant wrap my head around why I havent lost anything despite my exercising and watching my calories. I have read elsewhere that perhaps increasing my calories would help?
Thanks for any and all advice as I would like to get the ball rolling, I have a goal I would like met on time.

; )

A lot of people on here are going to tell you what you don't want to hear. You may not be eating enough. :-) My guess is you are netting way below your BRM.

thanks! I am not opposed to adding more calories, Im just unsure how many more to add. Some days I get in some great exercise, and some days I work and some days I am a sloth. Is eating back my exercise calories enough or should I just add more everyday? I am going by what MFP tells me and that is 1200 calories a day, which I thought was pretty standard for "a diet" and honestly I havent found myself starving on 1200 calories so I thought just adding more calories for the sake of adding more would defeat the purpose?
