Design My Workout!

I need to get moving! I've had a pretty sedentary school year and am craving fitness!

Please help me plan my workouts :)

About me:
Younger female. Eat super well. Very knowledgeable of overall health and well-being. I am at a pretty normal weight but would like to achieve a more fit physic. A plus would be to lose the belly fat.


Here is what I would like to accomplish:

-I would mostly like to "target" my belly/hip area.
-Strengthen my back + abs
-Overall wellness

What I have to work with:
-Gravel walking surface or sloping grassy hills. (no flat dirt or pavement) :/
-Yoga mat + floor
-Household things
-Stairs

I currently don't have access to a gym or equipment.

Daily time allowed:
-Can easily commit 30 minutes a day.
-Some days 45min to 2 hours.

This week I started walking for 20 minutes and jogging for 10 in the evenings. I horseback ride for 45 minutes a week and spend about a full 1-2 hours of moving during my daily outdoor chores on the farm.
