Tips to lose fat

Last year I started to work out and used a trainer for a few months and got down from 140 to about 110, I stopped using the trainer and started to work out on my own. In Feb and a week of march I wasnt' allowed to do any working out due to medical healing. I started back at the gym once I was okayed by my doc and in the time I was on couch rest I gained back to a 129. My problem now is for the past few months (since about mid march) I have been doing about a 1200 calorie intake (more on work out days), started to use Level 1 protein shakes (have about 2 a day), and working out at least 90 mins a week if not more and doing my strength training yet I am not losing any pounds. I am apparently real good at maintaining my weight but I want to get back down to at least a 115 (about 10-15lbs).
I do eliptical, threadmill, hand weights, bench weights, squats, burpees, use the exercise ball for various things, yard work, etc as my work outs
Any suggestions on how I can lose the 10+ pounds I gained back?
