hello, im on my way to weightloss i have been working out regularly and eating proper healthy food. But since a few days Im not feeling hungry and whenever I eat something I feel full very fast and then I dont feel hungry for a longer period of time. Though I make a point of eating every four hours. But is my bmr increasing or decreasing cause I end up having less calories which obviously isnt good. any help or advice.

BMR decreases as you lose weight. Increases when you gain.0

BMR is like a religion around here. Some believe in it others don't and those that do can't agree leaving a hundred different denominations of argument over how it works and it's importance. The best advice I can give is if you feel full stop eating, make sure that when you are eating you're packing in good proteins and fresh veg and fruits not just a bunch of junk. If you are worried about calorie count there are lots of low volume high cal foods like nuts and granola and dried fruits and well the list goes on. avoid drinking with meals this also fills you up and if none of that works to keep you on track try changing when or how you workout. for example I lose my appetite if I do heavy weights or gardening (don't know why) so I do this when I have hours before I might eat anything or at the end of the day.0
