Women HELP!

Okay so i know for me this is VERY akward but i need help on this area! After having a child a lot of areas change on your body the most being your boobs ( well for me anyways ).. What can I do to work out and help that area out?

&& please dont be silly because I am really being serious i am already embarrassed enough that im posting this! lol but id rather do it on here then ask some random person at the gym lol

    You can not target one specific area alone. You have to do cardio and there are machines at the gym that work the chest muscles and may help them to perk back up some, but gravity and the affects of motherhood cannot be stopped.
