Hi guys. A quick question:
When is the best time to eat when exercising. At the moment my schedule (based around work) is this:
Breakfast: 8:40 - eat
Lunch - 1.00 - eat
Gym -6:00
Dinner - 8:00 - eat
But I don't think I've ate enough before my workout? Or should I have a snack maybe?
Someone suggested having my dinner before going to the gym but I don't know how working out on a full stomach works...
Thanks for any help

Generally speaking I would base your eating schedule entirely on personal preference. Find something that fits your lifestyle and allows you to train hard. Beyond that, don't worry about it.0
