Walking and Stiff Knees

I've been alternating between Leslie Sansone's 5 Really Big Miles (minus mile 4 which has a lot of lunges and squats) and just walking around my living room to music. I've been doing this for a couple of weeks, but I was doing just the LS DVD for a while first. I feel great, but my knees have been really stiff. They don't hurt. They just feel really, really stiff.

My question is this: how long should it take before the stiffness goes away?

    I started on my journey using LS 4 mile dvd. My knees and ankles took about three weeks to loosen up. It probably will be different for you. Good luck and keep at it.

    we are all different mine lasted for the first month. The thing you have to remember is that this is worth the discomfort of making your body move more the normal

    Make sure you STRETCH!! I find that helpswith stiffness.
