23 yr male - getting fitter and fitter day by day

Before coming on MFP I dint keep track of my food. Now that I am here, I notice how much of unwanted stuff goes into me each day!
I believe that any changes in physique should be bought about by a change in lifestyle - that results in it being more permanent.

My aim here: To lose the last few pounds of flab around by lower belly and to develop rock solid abs.

oh and also, I have started boxing and am taking the competitive root.. I figure that the easiest way to burn fat and have fun is to beat the **** outta that sand bag ;)
