Filling & cheap breakfasts... under 250 calories?

I've been having trouble finding some filling breakfast ideas for under 250 calories. My morning internship goes for 4-5 hours, and I want to be satiated until I can have lunch. I've been having a problem where I feel okay right up until I leave, and then I'm famished and end up overeating because of it.
So far, I've been making due with a Sara Lee bagel (~260 calories) and 2 tbs of Philadelphia 1/3 Less Fat cream cheese (~70 calories). I love bagels & cream cheese, but it's too many calories! (I'm a university student, so I'm fairly poor, too :P)
My daily net calorie goal is 1200, but I'm pretty okay with going 50-100 over that.
Suggestions, please?

Huge bowl of old school rolled oats w/ some brown sugar and cinnamon. 1/2 cup dry is only 150 cals.0

Protein will give you the most long-term bang for your caloric buck. 2 scrambled eggs is 140 calories, throw in a ton of (low-carb) veggies, voila!0

Oats keep me full all morning. I usually throw on some chunky applesauce and a splash of milk. 220 cal0

Half banana - 55 cal

2 Scrambled eggs: 140 cal

Oatmeal: 130ish cal
Banana: 110 cal

I second oatmeal. You could even add a few nuts or some nut butter for some extra protein.0

How about a breakfast quesadilla? 2 corn tortillas (100 calories), .5 cup egg whites (60 calories), .25 cup FF cheese (45 calories), 2 tbsp salsa (10 calories), maybe toss in some sauteed onions and peppers for another 10 calories? That'd put ya somewhere between 215-225 calories, with 23 g of protein to keep you full! And if you really wanted to you could throw in some turkey or chicken breast to up the protein even more0
