I am on bed for last 13 months post my accident. have damaged my two ligaments medial miniscus fermour and patola bone was hoping things will get better with physio therapy so kept postponing my surgery as a result have gained 14 kgs. i have been advised to lose 10 kgs at least before i get operated which is pretty close. would appreciate suggestions on diet as i cant exercise due to my handicap at the moment...good luck

Open you diary up, to at least friends, and provide some stats. Age, weight, height etc... Feel free to PM them if you want. Unfortunately since you're bed ridden it's going to be all diet and very close to BMR, unless we can incorporate some upper body cardio. Some resistance bands will come in handy for that.
