    I think I am going to have some PB2 on a cracker. that will help me feel better. 45 for 2 tblspns PB2, and 45 for the cracker - 90! so i won't be over quite 100 ...

    Greek yogurt fixes a hungry day for me. If I'm super hungry I add 1/8 cup of Bear Naked granola to it. Mmmm!

    i made aubergine tomato and mozzarella stacks yesterday !! add me and check my blog for the recipe !! it was like 180 cals and could have fed 3 people lol. i ate the lot !! haha x

    Eat the 500 calories. Going 300 over one day won't kill you.

    I'm betting that if you go back through your diary over the past week you came it at 300 under somewhere (on a combination of days at least). Let it average out.

    This is not an exact science... do what you need to stay sane and not starve yourself.
