Workout Days Vs Rest Days

What's the best way to use myfitnesspal if you eat a different amount of calories depending on the day.

On days I workout (strength training) I need 1500 calories.
On rest or light days I only need 1300

Is there a good way to track that or do I just keep it in my head?

    I just keep it in my head. As far as I have seen there is no easy way to do that, but it may be worth putting in a feature request so the devs can add it at some point in the future!
