Hello Everyone, I'm new here would love some advice.!..My name is George i'm 6'2 180lbs and i'am 21years of age. I work on my feet all day I dread seeing people with the six pack abs, I go on these spurts of trying to eat healthy and working out but after seeing no results I always give up...I just sighen up at youfit on a contract so hopfully ill stick to it..I've been reading alot about 2meals a day diets and what not I was thinking of going to the gym from 5:30am-7:30am then go to work at 8, doing cardio. My main goal is to really just get toned and lose this little belly fat. I just don't know who to talk to about for advice and what not.. I would really appreciate any feed back, Thanks for your time!
