How accurate is the calorie burn counter on Zumba 2 for wii

Is it pretty accurate or way off? anyone had experience with it? I don't mind if it underestimates, I'm just worried about over estimating. can anyone help me out? :flowerforyou:

    somewhat helped.. need a hrm
