Foods with a good protein to calorie ratio?

Since I like to eat, I'm always trying to economize my calorie intake to get the most protein per calorie. I'm sure I'm not alone in this. Anybody have any good, lean sources of protein they've come across?
I've found:
Fage greek yogurt is an incredible non-meat source at 5.6cal/gram. That's almost on par with chicken breast at 5.2cal/gram
Cottage cheese is 6cal/gram.
Eggs are 11cal/gram

Fish, especially white fish.
Lean cuts of chicken (boneless skinless chicken breast)
Black beans (good choice for vegetarians or vegans) - also a great source of potassium0 -

Shrimp is #1
I was going to add shrimp. I just realized it earlier when I had to swap out chicken drumsticks for shrimp in my diary and realized a serving of shrimp has 10 less cals and 8 more grams of protein.0 -
Eggbeaters Southwestern style: 5 calories per gram of protein (20 cals/"egg")
Kraft Fat-Free Shredded Cheddar: 5 calories per gram of protein (45 cals/oz.)
I put 2.5 servings of Southwestern Eggbeaters with 1 oz. of Kraft Fat-Free Shredded Cheddar in a small microwavable bowl, cook for 150 seconds (stirring halfway), add 1 Tbsp of Mrs Renfro's Salsa (8 calories, 0 protein), and serve it in a toasted Large (62g) La Tortilla Factory Factory Low Carb / High Fiber Whole Wheat Tortillas (80 calories, 8g protein) for a fast, nutritious breakfast burrito.
Total: 183 calories, 27g protein (including the tortilla!) -- 6.8 calories per gram of protein0 -
Cottage cheese
Whoops, didn't read OP. My bad.0 -
