I'm not a big veggie person. If I do eat them, I have to "force" them down. Anyone else losing weight - that doesn't really like veggies?
Any way to eat veggies to make them taste better?
Everyone says eat more veggies - but its so hard when they just don't sound or taste good. Ideas what to do?
The veggies I will eat are carrots, spinached (cooked) - corn, broccoli is only ok. (peppers - yuck, cauliflower - no thanks).
I do like my fruit - berries, apples, bananas - cantalope, peaches, pears, etc.
