So I know you're supposed to eat at least 1200 calories a day. Is that with or without your burned calories from exercise subtracted? (like your net or only your calorie intake) I hope that's not too confusing lol.
Also, MFP tells me to eat 1600 calories a day. Will I lose weight slower or faster if I only eat 1200?

Your body fat percentage will go down more quickly if you eat 1600. You will lose weight more quickly if you eat 1200. The extra weight loss is from muscle/skeletal tissue loss.
Both figures assume 0 calories burned. If you burn 100 calories, make it 1700/1300.0
