Real quick, lets say I run 1 mile in 15 min ( i know horrible right?) And I burn lets say 100 calories, am I aloud to eat those calories. I am just using the running thing as an example.
I guess the real question is can I eat the calories that I burn? Anyone know>?
Thanks!

Assuming your other caloric goals are met and not exceeded, you should eat the 100 calories. If you accidentally overeat by a hundred calories, do a quick exercise that burns 100 calories and call it even.0

Yes you should eat back whet you burn. MFP has a built in deficit...if you don't eat your burn you could be at too low a calories level for your body to function properly, and risk hurting your metabolism. (Not in one day..but over time)0
