Hey everyone, So I have been feeling really--well crappy the past few days. bloated, nauseous etc. I was wondering if anyone has had any success with cleanses - not for the purposes of losing weight, rather just for the purposes of feeling better!
I dont want to do anything crazy, 1-3 days maximum. Or honestly, ill take any advice you have! Please let me know im sick of feeling this way!!!!
Thanks
danielle.

I do a 3 day cleanse with Shakeology every quarter. I always feel so much better, lighter, less bloated, stomach flatter (not flat enough yet!) I drink the shakes everyday and then each quarter I have 3-4 shakes, fruit, green tea & salad for 3 days. If interested, just shoot me a message!

Just eat healthy foods (fresh vegetables and fruits, whole grains, low fat dairy, lean meats) and drink lots of water. Your body will cleanse itself. That's what kidneys and the liver are for.0

There have been about 5000 topics on cleanses already. Search for those.0

What I do when I want a mini-cleanse, is I cut out all animal products and processed foods, and only eat RAW fruits and veggies, plus brown rice, beans, nuts & seeds, for about a week. You need to eat about 8 servings a day of RAW produce, the fiber will scrub out your insides and you'll feel better. The plus side to this plan is that you still get to eat! No fasting or anything... I've done this diet for 30 days... felt better and lost weight faster, too.0

I was put on a "cleanse" by my doctor that I'm actually sticking to long term. I'm eating only fresh fruits & veggies, beans, & whole grains, and I cut out sodium and sweeteners. I have a few medical conditions (severe acid reflux, gall bladder pain, and gastritis) that are NOT going away so to fix my stomach this is what my doctor recommended. I started it Monday, and I already feel 99% better (and on the plus side, I've lost 9lbs). It seems to really help with my stomach issues & I feel like I've eaten more the past 5 days than I ever have before.0

Doesn't work. Your gut looks after itself. If you suffer when you eat a certain food, keep it out from the diet.0
