Howdy, been doing this since January, but first time I've added any info about myself. Hope everyone is having success! I like this app but wish I could delete the exercises that I don't use or like anymore. I like being able to copy from day to day. I'm a routine person so I do the same exercises every day and eat the same food just about every day. Copying makes it so, so easy!
