man legs!! :/

After doing strength training with cardio for a while now I have man legs! I REALLY don't like them because their huge and I feel I can't wear shorts anymore since my quads are so.big. Any tips on what exercises to do or avoid? Currently I do jillian michaels extreme shred and shed and the boos your metabolism video as well. Thanks!

    i'd say be proud of them. I've always had "thick" muscular legs (I figure skated for 17 years). Embrace em, muscles are gooood!

    I have man legs. What's wrong with them? Just shave them. You'll be fine.
