For those that have done the 30 Day Shred would you recommend it for a woman in her 50's that is moderately active and about 20lbs. over weight but in reasonably good health. Or is there some other program that might be better?
Thanks for the input!

Hi there,
I am 44 and light to moderately active. I just started it 3 days ago. It is tough but you can do modifications to it and there are 3 different levels. I started on Level 1 and bought 2 lb. weights because when I tried the 5 lb. weights, I couldn't even get through it. I really like it, she is a good motivator. Good luck! Michelle0 -
I finished the Shred about a month ago. I'm 60 and still have 35 pounds to lose. The first four days were the "roughest". After that, I was able to do everything needed. Sometimes I did the modified version of an exercise and other times I didn't. I lost 6 1/2 lbs and 12 1/4 inches. I'm doing Ripped in 30 now. You can do this.0
