Excercise Routine

I need to start a constant routine...not just a few random days here and there. Any suggestions?

    I joined the gym. Before I was a loner and would work out on my own, avoiding any classes and people. But I've learned they are fun! So, on Monday, wed., and sat. I do zumba. On tues and thurs I do yoga. Friday and sat. are left open for intervals on the elliptical/bike/treadmill and weights.

    You could do something like Insanity or JM's 30 DS, that have a built-in schedule. I set my own, which is strength 3 times a week, interspersed with yoga and pilates, and a little cardio here and there.
