Hello

Ive been at this for weeks know and trying to fit everyting into my schedule and also my diet. I work 3rd shift 3 nights and 1st shift 3 mornings so keeping up with food and exercise is super hard! can someone look at my food charting and give some advice?

    Hey, I work shift work as well. (2 day 2 nights then off for 4, 12 hr shifts)
