I've always wanted to keep and food dairy but never found a website that made it this easy. I started Monday and so far am actually enjoying keeping a food journal.

I do have a question. On the exercise database, am I missing something or what is anyone using for power yoga?

    Hey, welcome! I am pretty new as well...about 2 weeks. What I have been using for high intensity yoga (which I do twice a week) is calisthenics;vigorous effort. If there is something better to use, I would love to know too! Thanks for posting!
