I'm doing the 30DS and another DVD called "10 minute solution - target toning" - which works the abs, arms, thighs and "buns" - Been doing this some time now, and I don't feel like anything is really happening - I took measurements when I first started the 30DS but I'm really trying hard to wait until I've finished all 3 levels to do it agin (currently on day 9, level 2 - after re-starting level one a few times, so I've done that for about 28 days, non-consecutively - due to illness) - but my arms don't look any less flabbier, neither does my stomach or my thighs - it is starting to get to me a bit as I'm doing this every day - either 30DS on its own, the other on its own or if I can, do both in one go and I can't see a difference (sorry, just need to get this out of my system, coz if I tell my other half he pretty much dismisses it saying "I'm silly" but then on the other hand, he doesnt say I look any different either!)

    And on another note, I've just noticed I joined this in November 2010 (and up until May 2011 I was doing ok, then stopped logging/exercising until about nov/dec 2011 then restarted) - But in that time I've only lost 27lbs, which in my opinion is pretty pathetic - especially when you see people on here who joined about 2 months ago and have already surpassed that weight loss (Argghh - looks like its one of those days today :grumble: )

    Well if the workouts are on point with you then all you can do it check your diet..that is 90% of weightloss. Not all calories are the same..I see from your diary your track your carb but not your protein..those are the 2 most important. I would look at getting your carbs down and your protein up. You could also try eating back more of your exercise cals on days you work out and on days you don't try to get closer to your allowance..some days you are only taking in 930 cals or so.
    At this point, start tweaking your diet and playing with that..

    Hunny!!! Dont be so hard on ur self! Seriously - U r here and u r trying and thats what matters!! Ur body will be changing on the inside and out if u r making healthier choices. Keep ur head up. I know its frustrating seeing people lose much quicker than u, but we are all on a seperate journey and we will all get to our destination and as long as we learn along the way have fun and a few giggles who cares how long it takes - Love u xxxxxxx

    some days I don't feel hungry, so don't see the point in eating if I'm not hungry - I know thats wrong, but thats the way I am - but on the other hand I will eat, sometimes over my calories or sometimes under.
