I am so pleased with this!!! Been bouncing about just above for a few weeks and at this weeks weigh in, finally, I'm there. I've been doing a pretty slow sensible approach 1500 cals and 20 mins of exercise most days and in 2 months I am 11lbs down and I look so much better. Ive been working on running (homemade C25K) and the 30 day shred (for over 2 months more lke a 60 day shred ha ha!) but Im nearly done. I must say I think 30DS is most brilliant starting programme esp after pregnancy because those planks really get your core back and working properly. The fact its only 20 mins is great for getting me going (not such a big mental hurdle)

Its actually just been small changes but its working so well and I am so encouraged that I can do this!:bigsmile:
