How can I track the percentage of proteins, fats, and carbs that I eat?

    1 gram carb = 4 calories
    1 gram protein = 4 calories
    1 gram fat = 9 calories

    To find percentage:
(Total grams x calories per gram) divided by total daily calories

Example: Total calories= 1000. Carbs per day =50

    (50x4)/1000=20%

Obviously for most people carbs are a much higher percentage, but that's just an example.

    Hope that helps :)
