How can I track the percentage of proteins, fats, and carbs that I eat?

In Reports and under you Meals.0

1 gram carb = 4 calories
1 gram protein = 4 calories
1 gram fat = 9 calories
To find percentage:
(Total grams x calories per gram) divided by total daily calories
Example: Total calories= 1000. Carbs per day =50
(50x4)/1000=20%
Obviously for most people carbs are a much higher percentage, but that's just an example.
