Goals

I've changed up some of my goals...

1) Standard Push-up <-- Hell, like 10 of them.

2) Jog for longer than 20 seconds.

3) Penetrate the next hole on my watch.

4) Do some sort of walk/run fun walk this summer.

5) Fast

6) Get the damn dog to act right at the park so I can jog with his silly *kitten*!


What are your goals? Have you checked them lately? Do you have one that has nothing to do with fitness, share that too!

    Thanks. Otherwise he's really good. At the park he is a whole different breed... I imagine him on MFP at the park.. responding to forums with "HI MY NAME IS BOS. WHAT IS YOUR NAME? I AM A DOG" He's all CAPS at the park!

    I have three sets of goals, the first is always to next seven pound lost, midway goal is another 2 stone by september/october time and then obviously my final goal of getting to a healthy weight :)
