I think if you
-move your cheeks and get your heart rate up regularly
-log your calories and are conscious of what you eat
-understand that there IS more than one way to get healthy and lose weight
-understand that everyone’s goal is not going to be the same as yours
-Encourage your MFP friends but are not afraid to lift a virtual eyebrow and speak up when something does not look exactly right
-have reached your health/weight loss goals and have not forgotten how you got there
-have binged on food one night but did not allow that to derail you from your goal and got back on the horse the next day
-are new here (Welcome) and trying your best to get used to your lifestyle change
Then you deserve a kiss, a pat on the back, a hug and maybe a sweet little love pinch on that cute booty of yours! Happy Friday folks! Let’s get out and get some today!
