Daily Exercise

I have been losing weight and getting in shape but a couple of months ago I have been going to the gym daily a part from logging in and counting calories. Does anyone else go to the gym daily for intense workouts? Is it ok for the heart? I try to not do so much craziness one day a week to slightly rest my body. Any help I would appreciate it!

I'm no doctor so take it with a grain of salt but i believe working out 6 days a week is good, just give yourself a day to rest. if you feel tired, weak, or run down you should rest for as long as it takes to feel better. listen to your body.0
