Celebrating the small milestones - What's yours?

Last fall I looked and looked for a pair of reasonably priced, flat brown knee-high boots to wear over jeans. I finally found a pair of Cole Haans on sale online and went for it. To my dismay, when they were delivered I found I couldn't pull them up over my calves. :grumble:

I just pulled the box out of the closet last night and tried them on out of curiousity. They're still snugger than I'd like, but they fit!!! It's a small milestone as I work toward my goal, but one that made me extremely excited and motivated to keep it up.

So let's start the holiday weekend a little early with a celebration! What are the small victories you're celebrating while you progress toward your final goal?
