Hello I am new here

I found this site and I am curious how it works.....I joined gym 8 weeks ago and only maintained my weight after 6 days a week at the gym I thought i would lose...Keeping track of what I eat may help...I am hoping this site and tools will help me succeed.

    Welcome! This site, by far, is what has helped me stay on track....its the BEST. It helps to have friends...that way you kind of feel held accountable, and it makes you want to lose. There is no doubt in my mind I wouldn't be 30 lbs down so far without MFP..I love it and I think you will too. Good luck!
