Low Carb - Looking for a group, PCOS/Metformin

Hi all,
I take the drug Metformin for PCOS and wondered if anyone out there is, too, or on low carb...This medication works best with low carb to be effective and can reduce "body mass" (read: shed some belly fat), which I am ALL about.

I watched the video FATHEAD and he followed a 2000 calorie/100 carb diet and lost all kinds of weight, so I am thinking I'll start there (well, maybe 1800 cals). I'm 5'10", female, low activity.

I am a 46 year old divorced part-time graduate student, part time massage therapist, and mother of two teenagers. I gave up my gym membership because I was too busy to use it.

I am TOTALLY NEW to this app/website. It's awesome!

Anyone out there with similar goals?
