WTF is my activity coefficient supposed to be

Okay, so I'm recalculating my calorie needs and I keep getting stuck on this part of the TDEE equation. Honestly, I don't know what to pick and it's starting to get really frustrating!
I currently use walking as my exercise and travel about 3 miles each day for 5 days/week. According to RunKeeper I burn 250 calories on my normal route. What should I categorize this as? And how do I count normal activities like housework or weeding, which I do on a regular basis?Sedentary (e.g., you do no exercising and have a desk job) = 1.2
Lightly active (e.g., you participate in light exercise or sports 1 to 3 times per week) = 1.375
Moderately active (e.g., you participate in moderate exercise or sports 3 to 5 times per week) = 1.55
