any program that focuses on progression, specifically progressive tension overload is going to yield good results...i.e yes its a very good program0

I didn't read the article just skimmed to the actual workout programming and I have to say that I love the concept! It looks like he applied some Westside principles to it and is very similar to the Westside variation that I follow, http://www.defrancostraining.com/articles/38-articles/65-westside-for-skinny-*kitten*-part3.html.
