Bat feet and knees but trying to lose weight

Hi everyone,

Oops that title should have been "Bad feet"

I have had numerous foot and knee surgeries so doing most exercises that call for using those can be very difficult and sometimes impossible. I just started the Supreme 90 workout but only do those that I can. When they are doing something that I cannot do, I do something that I can to keep working out.

I have just sarted the MFP and I am really excited about keeping track and making progress. Any advise for someone who can't use feet and knees much would be appreciated.
