I was weighing myself once a week like most people say. But then I read from Rocco DiSpirito "Daily weighers are thinner and keep their weight off. A clinical trial called Stop Regain studied a group of dieters, some of whom weighed themselves daily and some who did not. Those who followed a daily self-weighing routine were the most successful." So as of this week I've been doing it every day, and adjusting the calories I should be eating day to day.0

I weigh myself every morning right after voiding nude. Your weight will change day to day. I weight myself to see how the food choices I am making are affecting my weight loss progress. I also see if I'm gaining weight through weight lift training. If I see a pound or 2 I don't worry so much.0
