Pole Dancing for fitness

Anyone tried pole dancing for fitness and found success? Or did/will you wait until you were/are smaller in size to try it out? That's what I plan on doing. When Im down 25lbs out of my 50lbs total Im hopping on the pole to build strength, more confidence and flexibility!!! :-D

    I would love to try pole dancing, but I agree...when I am smaller and a little more confident.

    No way, the instructors are really good. And you take it slow until you're ready to advance. I think you'll love it

    Anyone can do it. In fact I've seen an instructor who is plus sized. Im sure you'd enjoy it and build much confidence. :-)

    This is on my bucket list. Maybe another 50 pounds down and then I'll go for it.

    Definitely go for it!!! You will get addicted and your body will thank you for it :-)
