Shiritaki noodle ideas

I finally broke down and bought some shiritaki noodles the other day. I've read a lot of recipes and posts about them and how best to make them and might be trying a stir fry tomorrow....but what are your favorites or what is the first recipe you think I should try?

I'm actually really excited to try them!!!

PS - my hubby is a huge spaghetti fan but I've read they aren't great with tomato bases. Any ideas of how to sneak them in something italian would also be helpful.

    When you are in the message boards, just put in "shirataki noodles" in the search section, theres tons of stuff on there!!

    I was raveinggg about these a few weeks ago on here :smile:
    I jut had leftovers for lunch today... I had them as a pasta noodle and added low carb Alfredo sauce
    mmmmmm good... have had it as reg. spaghetti also
    you must rinse,rinse rinse like crazy..they smell like a strong earthy fish :noway: and I boil for 10 min. cut with scissors then drain
    If you use them as a stir fry they recommend to pat dry after draining
    google...lots of you tube videos for them
