Help please

I am 24st 8lb and today got an exercise bike its low impact so on setting 4 I did 12min 2.1 km+ another 12 min 2.2km so in total 4.3 km in 24 min, is that ok to start with? I put the pulse thing on my ear it was 109 to start and 135 at end at my size would that have burned a bit the speed said between 20 and 25 ?

    Anything is o.k to start with - just keep going longer, going faster as you feel comfortable and keep up the good work! :drinker:
