HELP!
I have been dieting and exercising for over a month and I feel like I am going NO WHERE! I’ve cut out all my favorite “sweet treats” and I hit the gym every day and yet when I look in the mirror I’m still not satisfied! I don’t know what I’m doing wrong here but somebody help cuz I’m really starting to feel like this is hopeless! UGH!

Relax, you most likely didn't gain all of your unwanted weight in a month, so it won't come off in a month. You've lost 8lbs, that's great! Just keep trucking along and you'll get where you want to be. Just remember to give you body a rest every so often, maybe you're overworking yourself.0

If you've only been at it for about a month, you're losing two pounds per week. That's FANTASTIC progress. You just gotta hang in there a little longer. Keep it up and in a few more months you'll be right where you want to be.0
