back on the health wagon

After not signing in for over 2 years, I'm back on the health wagon with a new drive to get back in shape and stay that way. I've been doing the Power90 workout program for 2 weeks now, from just that and portion control I've dropped 10lbs and I'm now on the 4th notch of a belt!

Just a side note is there anyone else doing the Power90 program and if so have you figured a way to track your workouts in the exercise section?

    I am not familiar with Power 90. But, I just googled it. If it's 30 minutes of circuits, I would log it under circuit. I've found that only "cardio" could to calorie intake so I usually log my circuits plus cardio and strength training.
