Delicious approx. 250 cal meal
Chicken Breast - Grilled/Baked, 3.5 ounces (pre cooked)
Cabbage - 1-1/2 cups chopped
Celery - 1 Large Stalk chopped
Carrots - 1/2 cup chopped
Onion 1/4 cup sliced
Brocoli - 2-3 flowerets chopped or sliced
Zuccini- 1/4 cup sliced
Green and or Red Peppers -1/4 cup sliced
Green Onion- 1 stalk chopped
Sugar Snap Peas- 5 pods cut in half
Garlic - 1 clove or powder
Bragg - Liquid Amino Acids 1 tsp (or other soy sauce)
Cilantro, at least 1/4 cup (I love cilantro)
Siriacha (optional)
In a fry pan, spray pam (or use olive oil, I use pam to keep calories down) Saute veggies, add in chicken, and after about 5 minutes add in cabbage, add cilantro, bragg (or soy sauce), siriacha, cover, turn off and it's ready in about 5 minutes, Enjoy!! There are so many variations, different meat, different veggies, deliciousness!

Since you like Sriracha, you may try this:
1 fish fillet (thawed if previously frozen)
1 satsuma or clemintine orange (sliced thin)
Sriracha
Coat fish in Sriracha and top with orange slices. Bake in 450F oven for 10 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
I serve it with whatever frozen veggie I took to work that day.0
