Legs!?

Hi there,

I need to lose about 2 inch off my thighs and knees.....does anyone have any leg progress pics to prove its poss, and how you did it?

    This will build muscle in your legs, which is good.

    It will make your legs bigger though, not smaller.

    Lower your body fat and eventually the inches will come off your legs. Spot reduction is a myth.
