Just completed day 1 of P90X, tough workout! Anyhow, how is everyone calculating calories burned doing this or 30DS or RI30?

    I have a Polar FT4 Heart Rate Monitor which is great for counting calories from my P90X workouts. If you do not have one, this website was also fairly accurate before I bought the HRM:
