New to MFP! Hello!

Hi!

I joined MFP a while back, but never really got in to it. Now I have decided that it is time to do something about my weight gain and improve my health.
I hit my all time highest weight back in 2008, at around 400 lbs. I cut out sodas and lost 30 pounds pretty quickly. I bought a bike and joined weight watchers and lost another 75. Shortly after that I lost motivation and gained back around 30 lbs in 3 years. It's time to reach my goal weight and finish what I originally started. I have been actively using MFP for the past 5 days and love it. The mobile app makes it easy to track the food I eat. Hopefully these forums will be another tool to keep me motivated in my weight loss.
