Since i've made some diet changes over the past 3 months, I can tell how my workouts on Mondays are brutal if I let myself live a little on the weekends. Who else has had the same issues? By Wednesdays, I'm much better since I've had 48 hours to get all the excess sugar and sodium out of my body.
